Benefit Cosmetics Brow Microfilling Eyebrow Pen

I bought several of these. I opened 1 this morning excited to use and hardly any product on my brows. I tried using it on my hand to see if I was just doing something wrong and still nothing. I purchased the light brown shade. I will be returning.

Hard to use. Doesn't go on nicely. Will keep for a while and eventually throw out.

This product does not do what the anchors say it would do, sorry.

Looking forward to product. It was all dried out.

When I first opened it, it was great. The second time that I tried to use it, it was dried up and there was nothing there but the brush. I would not purchase again. This is the second one that I purchased (1st one-retail) and the same thing happened but I thought I left the cap off so I threw it out. When it happened again, i realized it was not the the cap but the product itself.

Guys, what am I doing wrong? There is absolutely NO product on/in this pen. Its just the empty fibers.

Maybe I got a bad batch, or just old... it was dried up when I opened it. I just threw it in the trash.

The pen was completely dry.

This purchase was one of my Big mistakes wanted to believe everything I saw. Did not work for me in everyway I attempted to use product. Believe it may have been old and substance used just didn't do anything MY DISAPPOINTING LOSS will move on but wont be buying anything from this company. So sorry

I was hoping that this eyebrow pen would work for me. I lost part of one of my eyebrows due to a medical condition and was hoping this would work to fill in the space. I purchased it because it is waterproof, but it goes on like a smear and not hairs like shown. I got the blond and even though it's darker than the brow pencil I normally use which is closer to my natural hair color, the color still works. I'm sad it doesn't work as shown.

It colored in my eyebrows where the hair is, but not where there's no hair.

I am so sorry that I have to return this item. The one I received is totally dry. I know the host said it has to be stored brush side down so I stood it upright for an entire week and it still doesnt work. BUMMER, now its sold out.

This may be a terrific product if there had been product in the unit! So disappointing!

When I try to use it, it won't bring out the color on my eyebrow. I will probably just be throwing it away. I wouldn't waste my money on it. It looked good on TV which is what sold me but it sure doesn't do it on me. Sorry I bought it.
