ASPEN Smart Window Fan with Remote

I bought this fan for an attic window to exhaust heat and function remotely w/app (pull down staircase). I am now trying it out in my bedroom window before lugging into the attic and may need to buy another fan for the attic and keep one in my room. It's wonderful and will lessen central air use. FYI remote came with a coin battery installed. I would only suggest including a thin foam strip for sealing the air space above the fan where the contact with the window is not touching; I'll get one.

I purchased this fan mainly because you can take it apart to clean, but this fan is so much more. Easy to install, love the cool, exhaust, and circulate settings, timer, and temp setting. Already have the App set on my phone and it works great. My only suggestion would be to include a battery for the remote. Plan on purchasing another one.

I love the fan, but the window I got it for is wider than 37". Ic called the company to purchase additional extender panels as the booklet indicated, however Aspen does not have them available. How can you sell a product and not offer additional parts to purchase for it.

Problem is first hot day and the item does not work. Will not turn on
