The hat doesn't cool your head. It is just lightweight and has mesh so it is lighter.

I hate to rate a product that I never used, but I wanted to return these hats, but for some reason there was not a preprinted label for return. I chatted online with HSN and ask for credit for cost of return. I was told they are sorry but cannot help me. I was returning due to an error on HSN part, not mine. I am very saddened by HSN customer service for me. I would have thought if I had sent cost of return with hats I might have been offered credit or something
