  1. Fill out the Return Reason Form from the original packaging
    • Indicate the item(s) you are returning, the reason for return, and your credit preference or exchange method

    • Insert the return form inside your return package

    • Affix the UPS Easy Returns label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label
    • Please note: Attach only one Easy Return with UPS label on the outside of the shipping box
  5. Drop-off / Pick Up
    • Drop off your package at any UPS store or UPS drop box
    • For the closest UPS drop-off location, call 1-800-PICK-UPS
  6. Track your Easy Return with UPS return package
    • Write down the tracking number located on your UPS Easy Return label
    • Visit www.ups.com to track the status of your return package
    • Allow 12 - 24 hours after your package has been scanned to begin tracking
