how you can change your information
To change the information in your personal profile, go to the customer service page, click on update my profile and sign in to your account. Once you've signed in, change your information and click on the "save" button.

how we protect your info
In addition to Secure Socket Layers (SSL), HSN uses other means to help block unauthorized access to your personal information. We store all your electronic information on a highly secure server that's not accessible from the Internet. This server is also physically locked behind a secure cage.
HSN strictly enforces its policy that all employees lock their computers with a password-protected screen saver when they leave their desks for any reason.
