Under HSN’s Extended Holiday Returns Policy, you can return items ordered from September 23 through December 24 at 11:59pm ET and receive a refund of the purchase price on the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling costs until January 31, 2023. Gift recipients who make a return will receive an in-store credit that can be used towards any item on HSN or HSN.COM. Some items are not eligible for the Extended Holiday Return Policy, such as personalized products, food & beverages, gift cards, charitable donations, and all Sales Final items. .
