GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE SHAKE: Ingredients

Infused with the rich taste of chocolate and a hint of coconut, this creamy shake is a perfect low-cal alternative to the real thing.

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Secure®
  • 1-tablespoon fat free chocolate syrup
  • 1 low fat gragam cracker
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4-cup ice cubes
  • 8 oz. water

Directions

Blend ice, water and coconut extract in a blender; with blender running add Secure®, chocolate syrup and graham cracker. Blend for 20 seconds or until no large ice cubes remain.
