Heel heights are measured from the top-back of the heel to the bottom of the heel plate. These measurements are based on size 9 women's shoes, so the height may vary slightly depending on the size you order.

Platform Height: from the bottom of the sole plate to the top of the platform

Ankle-Strap Circumference: around the strap, when buckled at the center hole
