Your email address will only be used to fulfill the prizes should you be a winner. One entry per person, per day.
The sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2013 and ends on August 15, 2013. On or about August 16, 2013, a random drawing from eligible entries will be held to determine the winners. The winners will be announced on the day of the drawing and contacted within 48 hours of selection.
One Grand Prize of a trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada to see the HSN LIVE concert featuring Earth, Wind & Fire at the Venetian on August 30, 2013 will be awarded. The trip consists of coach roundtrip airfare on August 30, 2013 returning on September 1, 2013, two concert tickets, hotel accommodations for two nights, $500 for spending money, 2 Venetian Carnivale Booklets, Earth, Wind & Fire meet and greet after the concert and two autographed versions of Earth, Wind & Fires "Now, Then & Forever" album.
In addition, one autographed version of Earth, Wind & Fire's "Now, Then & Forever" will be awarded through a random drawing of all eligible entries. The albums will be shipped to the winners within ten days of the drawing.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way. The winner releases HSN from all liability in connection with their participation in the promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury that may occur during the trip awarded. The winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a W-9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number) within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. The travel companion will also be required to complete a Release of Liability. Should the winner fail to submit the required documents within the time allotted, is ineligible or unable to travel during the time period specified, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by HSN and will be final.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The total retail value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $4515.00. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
