Great exercise bike
I'm 67 and with this Covid out there, I don't go many places. I had a knee replacement 3 yrs ago. And I have no problems working out on this. I like it you can make it easy at first and make it harder to do later, when you get more stronger. I like you can also work out your arms.

Hi. I just got it 3 days ago. What kind of review you would like to get from me? You do not want to know my opinion about pricing or delivery charge. I do not have any opinion about this item yet. If you would like to hear from me in 4-6 months of using it I will share my experience. Now I do not have much experience to share.

Great when on a rug!
I am currently cycling while watching tv. The cycle does slide on smooth surfaces, but on a rug it works perfectly. Helps me not feel like such a couch potato! Great buy!

Really fun!
This is easy to use, easy to assemble. A great little exercise machine while just sitting around. It is also good for your upper arms when set on a table. Would be perfect for someone with limited abilities to use large strenuous equipment.. Perfect for shut-ins. My only complaint is that it sells cheaper elsewhere. Research a product before purchasing would be my suggestion.

My physical therapist gave this 5 stars!!!!
I had knee replacement surgery and the hospital physical therapist mentioned it was helpful if you had an exercise bike. I didn't have one in my home, and had neither the budget nor the space for one.Several years ago I had physical therapy on my knee and they had some of these chair cycles so I thought I would give it a try.I had a home physical therapist for the first three weeks after my surgery, and he said this was one of the better, sturdier chair bikes he had seen. The important thing is that you need to have it against the wall or something steady so it doesn't move. I have found it very helpful in my home exercises and would recommend it to anybody else who has knee replacement surgery.
