Bad choice

Boils water quick
Love this to boil water for tea and instant foods. Works better than expected...wonder why it took me so long to buy one!

So easy
So easy I don't know why I did not get one before now. I unpacked it washed it . Filled it and it boiled 7cups in 4 minutes no burners going to heat the kitchen. Love it

Convenient size easy to use
Ive been using electric kettles for decades. Ive never had one last more than two years. Its doesnt matter what brand or price.So this time I went byprice and this one was most economical. As a senior with arthritis I found the size and handle less stressful on my joints.Easy to heat, pour. Very pleasedAnd not noisey like so many Ive owned in the past.If I get my two years Ill be happy.We use our kettle lots throughout the day.

Motor issues 1st try
It looks neat but its not neat when 6 kids are waiting and 23 minutes in the motor starts making a horrendous noise and stops turning the canister. So thats all I have. It didnt work or produce. I really expected better.

Very disappointed
I bought this about 6 months ago, only use it about once a week, and it WAS doing great. While it still technically works, the on/off indicator has stopped lighting up when on, and the pot no longer shuts off automatically when the water has reached it's selected temperature. I need a new one, but will definitely find a different brand.
