    Rivets a problem.

    Regular use, i.e. at least once a week has caused the rivets to fall out. Have lost several in the few months I have owned it.

    Think twice

    Received item. Turned out to be too small for my purpose. Need a bigger one. Invoice and return label not included. Cost me 76.30 to ship back $109. item at the post office, cheapest rate. As a 30 yr cust, and a senior, they just said "sorry." Can't do an adjustment or a partial credit. In these times of hardship HSN can afford to a small refund. HSN has really changed. Will have to cut them out of my spending and use alternate online sites. This will make my husband happy.

    THIS ARRIVED DAMAGED BUT I DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL CHRISTMAS WHEN I WENT TO GIVE IT AS A GIFT. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING? DISGUSTING!
