How to Use

It is best if you do not brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste prior to using. Apply on dry teeth. Open foil pouch. Peel strips from liner. Apply gel side of strip to front teeth. Align edge of strip to gum wrap over teeth and press secure. Remove strips by peeling from back of teeth. Brush off any excess gel with warm water and soft toothbrush. Wear strips for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
For full results, use a minimum of 7 days up to 2X per day.
