No hotflash during the day. It gives me energy.The only thing is I cannot take at night because B vitamins keeps up at night. I hope you make a night time version to hely my sleep. :) Thank you

It took almost 2 weeks for delivery so haven't been taking very long yet. Right now I haven't noticed a reduction in night sweats or hot flashes but again haven't taken very long so maybe takes a bit to get in system to work.

surgical menopause, is why i started taking these, and it has reduced the amount of hot flashes i get in a day, night sweats have decreased as well.

I have been taking Andrews supplements for years and love them. But I just received my ultimate womens wellness and they smell awful. Not sure if safe to take

Takes the place of 3 or 4 separate vitamin pills i used to take. Wish it came without iron - this makes me a bit constipated.

I purchased this in August when it was a TS. I have actually had very good results with the products as I still suffer from hot flashes/night sweats and they seem to have diminished. HOWEVER I am very disappointed with Andrew for making the largest size in only a 360 count not not a 720 as per label instruction for best results you should take two per day.

The reason that I give them 4 stars is because the have a odd smell, I cant figure out, every time I open the bottle to take two the smell lingers. I have no check to see if one capsule its broken as its to many. I have been taking them for more than a week and I have notice a difference. Im hormonal imbalance and seam like they are working.

Well, I tried before hoping to relieve the hot flashes. Didi not happen. Said I would try again and no difference at all. They do go down smooth though.

I've been taking this for almost a month now and it seems to be helping a lil with the hot flashes. I can't complain about it compared to what I was experiencing when I wasn't taking the vitamins. Thanks

I've used this product for about 6 months. I had very few hotflashes. When I ran out I could tell right away and the hotflashes came back.

Just started taking these pills so far so good.

I just got this 2 weeks ago and also just found out I have to have breast biopsy for abnormal mammogram. I showed this to my doctor yesterday and she agreed I should not take it as it mimics estrogen just in case I have a estrogen receptive breast cancer . Otherwise , for people with normal breast tissue she said it looked fine. I love Andrew's products and I felt fine taking this but will have to stop. Something to keep in mind for other people considering this supplement .
