I have had to scratch up the powder and then use what powder I can get out to put on.Not worth it.

Love product but definite problem with the applicator sponge continually falling off as I apply to hair. Extremely frustrating and difficult to use. Please go back to brush applicator!Too late to send back.

The blond color was way too light and yellow tinged for my medium blond hair. I wanted to exchange it for the light brown; however, HSN doesn't carry that color (though it is available at Truhair website. So, I had to return the product.

It is ok nothing special since it wears off pretty quick. The color does match nicely though trying to push it into the color requires a lot. It will do for now.

Good for touching up gray roots - but need to be more waterproof.

I got the grey to cover the part in my hair but a little white/grey comes out. I'm not sure why because the ones with color work fine. Not sure it will help hide my scalp.

The only product from Beauty Spy Ive kept. The med brown was so light I ordered the darkest brown this time. A little too dark but keeping this one. It works well, does not transfer to clothing or linens. I can extend my color to 4 weeks if need be.

I have sensitive skin and scalp. After reviewing the ingredients on the label, I decided to return the items.

the medium brown turns my white roots redish and does not blend at all with the rest of my brown hair. I wanted to exchange for a darker brown but they are sold out so I have to return the product.

I picked a medium brown. It was too light, so Ive requested the Darker brown. I feel it just didnt cover like they showed on TV. It took me a lot of time for it to look decent. Ive tried others I like better.

Med brown is way too light . For blonds.Need dark brown. But like product. Go darker than u think, can always rub it in more.

Didnt see any results at all. Have thinning hair. Didnt cover. May be great for regrowth coverage but not thinning hair. Wanted to love it. Need a bigger applicator.

Color didnt match or even come close

Have used this brand in different form and pleased with coverage. This particular formulation was a 'no go' for me but would likely work well for others. Had a topical reaction and do have super sensitivities and allergies. Liked the idea of ease in use when traveling. Would say give it a try !

I purchased med brown and it's light brown. I wish they'd mentioned it while on air.
