This product leaves a white chalky residue. It has to be used alone, any make-up destroys tightness. Even after product dries, you cannot smile or product fails. It does tighten after awhile, but fails once your face changes expressions

I am so disappointed - I don't understand how you can back this product - it's worthless except to create wrinkles. Waste of $.

I found this product to be totally ineffective. Not only doesn't it work well, it burns and leaves an awful residue. In the instructions it states that if you get a residue, you are using too much. But if you don't use enough it totally doesn't work'

Not made for non-white skin - left a white residue

This is totally worthless. It creates a white crusty film under my eyes and starts peeling.. Another sham..

This stuff would be the perfect if you did not have white chalky look and i use just a dab!. So I will be returning!

I used as directed. Results were ok. Host said it would not leave white marks where it was applied. That was a big plus for me But, it did l leave dried up white marks under my eyes. It was irritating I couldnt wait to wash it off. Definitely not worth the money and I even got mine on sale., plus, ANOTHER product with NO RETURN LABEL. The hosts repeat how easy returns are over and again; just peal off the label and stick on your return and mail. No label provided!. Bad business.

Got to stop believing the hype! Lets all just stay hydrated and moisturize! Every fix it product only causes something else to need fixing. Drink plenty of water, wash your face (no scrubbing), pat dry, moisturizer and get a good nights sleep! Embrace the face you have and enjoy your life!

I did not like that I had to change my entire make-up routine to use this product. For instance, use powder make-up, and don't use a cleanser to remove. Then to remove, soak cotton pads with hot water and hold on eyes for 2-3 minutes. I also did not like the way this product felt on the skin. If your eyes tear up, the product gets sticky. I did see a difference in my under eye circles, but the negatives outweighed the positives for me.

This product does work in reducing eye bags until the second you put makeup over it. Then the effect is totally lost and I do use oil free makeup just as the hostess & owner stated. If you dont wear makeup then it may work for you. Be careful & not apply too much because you will have white residue under eyes. Overall a very unsatisfactory product. Once again too much hype for the products you buy.

This needs no stars. Leaves area white. No return label as it makes it hard to return. Dont waste your money!

This product did tighten your under eye area but did not last after you put your makeup on. This product also left a white film wherever you applied it! Other products work way better than this! Another that really upset me was when I tried to return it. I called customer service because there was no return label when it was shipped and she informed me that I had to pay my own way to have it shipped back! This is unacceptable! So I had to pay 11.00 dollars to ship it back! Not good HSN!

The drying effect of this product is not good. If you smile after the product dries, you will feel a tightness and see lines you have not seen before. Not for me.

White film left even after applying the thinnest layer on skin and my complexion is a fair/medium. Makeup over will suffice but then the product started irritating my eyes and the surrounding skin. Have to return
