Teeter FitSpine X3 Inversion Table with FlexTech™ Bed

Husband had used this product only a few times and loves it, but tonight the safety strap broke. He woukd be in a very dangerous situation if he was home alone.

I ordered this , was too large and heavy, had to return...it cost me 60.00 to return item...which no one said that at the time...you have 30 days to return oh and by the way, it is gonna cost....no more business with HSN for me

This item is NOT for everyone - my husband purchased it - he has back problems and the sales pitch rang strong with him - however, he has screws and rod in one ankle and the other is rigid from cellulitis. We got it put together threw the box away - discovered he can't use it = now we have this monster in our house with no way to return it. How do you dismantle? He is 75, I'm 70. Would appreciate resolution to this matter. As we have been extremely happy with our purchases - but this one--NO

You cannot return this for the postage paid by HSN. I called Fed-x and it would cost me over $1,000.00 to return. They do not you this. Do not buy if you have arthritis it is really hard to get on. I had to have help. This will not be used again.

Having had surgery over many years, ordering when on offer with free shipping and return by Jan 31, I ordered. However, I changed my mind (frankly out of fear of misaligning something again), so when it arrived decided to return at a cost of $179!!! Buyers beware in case you want to return!!! First and last purchase from HSN.

I have had back surgery and thought this would work for me, but beware- they say it will, but if you have had any hardware or fusion, it will cause more pain and not help you.

Was so excited to purchase the teeter since I have back problems!! I had wanted one for a long time and finally did it! I didn't realize how heavy it was and I couldn't get it out of box. Got my daughter to come over and get it out and put it together for me. I used it and couldn't move it out of living room floor! Going to return it since I can't use it by myself and didn't help my back at all! HSN needs to tell customer how heavy it is and might need someone to help you with it.

Was supposed to be simple to assemble. Very first step could not be completed. Manufacturing tolerances are terrible. Totally unusable. Teeter does not respond to email. Poor customer service. I am not paying to return this. HSN better take care of it.

The inversion table was very easy to assemble and the information sent was very very helpful. I am so very glad that I read everything before I attempted to use it. I learned by reading the information sent with it that it is not to be used by people with Sleep Disorders or hypertension. I just wish I had known this before I purchased it! It was not discussed during the airing. I would have returned it but the S&H was too expensive! $100. I gave it to my son! He loves it!

I was not able to be upside down and I found myself not wanting to get on it is all. I will have to figure out another way to deal with my back pain without having to hang upside down.

Bulky and extremely heavy. Extremely difficult to assemble because of the weight. Pushed neck forward in an awkward position causing too much strain. Difficulty up-righting from inversion without rising off of board. even after trying numerous settings. Comfort accessories should be included with purchase. Not Satisfied-Returning.
