This product is fantastic but I think I received a container that had been opened and used. It came in an odd plastic bag and the seal was loose. I decided to try it anyway and I love the product. I dont know how returns for skin care products are generally handled once opened but hopefully Skinn representatives will read this. Pushing out used and previously opened skin product containers is not good practice.

While I love the actual liquid on these pads, ( I have seen my spots lighten) they are way too small. Other companies (Peter Thomas Roth) make them bigger which makes them way easier to handle. Also, they are not as wet as others Ive tried. Good product, needs to be finessed.

The first time I used the pad, it was fine. My skin felt a bit dry, but that didn't bother me. I waited two days, and when I used it again, my face broke out in small bumps that are still there after a week. My skin was an irritating red color and burned. I'm going to wait till I'm fully healed & try them again, maybe just once a week. I'd send them back, but I threw away the packaging. I love my Pep 40 and Negotiables, so I'll stick to that from now on.
