Elixir was ok but pump never worked

I have to apply at least 3 times and still am not moisturized even after leaving skin slightly moist after showers. Very disappointed. If you don't have very dry skin as I do it may work for you. The sale price is worth a try. The fragrance is nice and the gift bag is sturdy and useful.

I have tried a couple other Skinn products in his non-negotiables line and love those so I bought this thinking I would feel the same. The product itself is not bad but it has a slight "medicinal" smell in my opinion which I am not a fan of.

I couldnt get the pump to work. Smells good but cant use.

Love the lotion. So much that I kept this product even tho the pump does not work. Have to unscrew it to get lotion from bottle to apply. What a hassle!I hope my next bottle the pump works. Otherwise, I will return. Also, sorry, but the bag is a joke!

The product is lovely but its annoying to use since this pump does not work!I have been too busy to address the matter. I may cancel auto ship since theres no guarantee the next pump will work either.

I want to like Skinn products but I do not get the hype. There was no cooling to my skin and the smell was not pleasant. sorry

I don't know about the product, too busy fighting the pump. Must be nice to get a regular stream of orders without problems.

I love Skinn products, but I wasn't impressed with this body lotion. I used it for over two weeks, wanted to give it a chance, but no, my skin needs more hydration.

It's a nice lotion. Haven't used it long enough to see any kind of results. Don't feel any cooling effects. Don't know if I will continue auto ship. My skin feels dry after a few hours. Here in AZ we need something a little heavier as it is so dry.

Just received Divine Elixir, gave it 3 Stars because almost impossible to get pump to work used at first by removing pump. I finally get it working by taking out of bottle and using pliers to twist open after getting a blood bruise on my thumb trying to open. Love the fragrance and feel after using but you really need to use for at least a week to see how it works

Yes it is extremely cooling which I liked but in the end not very moisturizing. Returned

The product feels nice if I can just get it out. The pump doesnt work. Im going to exchange it and hope the pump works on the next bottle. I got this on auto delivery but if the next bottle doesnt work I will cancel it.

Just received and like many other reviews pump was broken. Most Skinn items come with nice secure packaging. This item was placed in a box with nothing to cushion it during shipping... why? Most people probably don't return it so money made ...who cares? REALLY need to rethink the bottle/pump or the shipping for customers...would probably sell more on repeat orders (IF it's good enough).If I decide to keep it I would have to put it in another bottle and lose product.So far not happy.
