Secure Complete Meal Replacement

I've always wanted to try the coffee flavor. I love the pina colada and vanilla. Been using for years! But it's not disclosed on the label that there is more caffeine than a 6 oz cup of coffee in a serving. I had to call the company to find this out. This could be dangerous for some.

I ordered this product as the vitamin content was what attracted me. I ordered both vanilla and chocolate, as I mix the two flavors together and add to our morning coffee. We (husband / I) both said the same...tastes like cardboard. Not sure I will order again. Depends upon if we can get used to the flavor.

This product is okay, I probably will not order this again.

Taste is o.k. but not very filling.

Needs more protein per scoop. Also more fiber needed per serving

I got chocolate and the taste is very good, but unfortunately, I was getting a headache every time I drank it :(

Was only pleasant when mixed with actual cow milk but it doesn't mixed completely in it

I like the taste and ease, but doesnt mix well in cold milk.

Hubby and I both drink this. Makes me feel shakey and jittery I have to skip every other day so... But will keep buying.The included mini soap was very nice and wanted to order more but at 12 bars for 29.90 plus tax man, was too much. And we love ANDREW so smart and knowledgeable great life lesson on top of the education he gives us.

I bought both the Chocolate and Vanilla. These are both extremely sweet, somewhat too sweet for me. They might work for someone wanting to cut down on sugary candy, but Im looking for something with a richer taste. They have not helped me lose any weight as I find they are insufficient for me as a meal replacement. Im still hungry after drinking them. Like the chocolate better than the vanilla.

I have to say I dont love it. It taste like a very sweet diet shake . I try with water not that good . I than try with almond milk added banana to chocolate and blueberry to the vanilla. Still not that good. It has a medicine taste. In my opinion it doesnt fill you up much maybe a couple hours. I will drink it because of the vitamins and minerals.. Andrew add more calories make it better. I had the shake from Nutrisystem and it was the best, thick and delicious. Needs improvement.

According to several medical sources a true meal replacement should have 15 - 20 grams of protein per serving. Secure only has 7 grams per serving. You would need to have 2 - 3 servings per meal. This means you don't really have 300 meals here just 100. Please consider this when you think about the cost per meal. Very misleading.

This meal replacement is very good. I like the Vanilla and Pina Colada flavors. However it only has 7 grams of protein per meal which I find to be too low. It barely lasts 3 hours for me before Im hungry again. I will stick with Slimfast being it has higher protein.

I did not know this had artificial sweeteners which I do not tolerate very well. I would not buy again for something that is supposed to be very healthy.

Unfortunately, I waited to taste, and the chocolate does not taste good at all, and I cannot drink. Might try to add to recipes.
