These vitamins are if very good quality. Have in the past bought vitamins that were not and had undesirable side effects, but have never had any issues with Dr. Lessman's vitamins. Highly recommend.

I take this with my phytoceramides from Andrew and the combination hydrates and gifts my skin with luminosity and radiant health. Remember beauty is not only skin deep but if you aren't feeding the internal your skin won't show on the outside how beautiful it can become. I noticed a difference within a few days.

Love Andrews vitamins etc. Always good quality and they do what they are supposed to without all the junk in them. Would like to have some that are not in capsule form to take easier but love them.
