Phytoceramides

Didnt notice any changes in moisture levels .Not inexpensive.

Sent them back after I got them because they were advertised with a ten year warranty and it turned out to be 180 days. Was disappointed.

Ive used this product as directed and see no changes.

I had high hopes for this product but after my second bottle I saw now improvements in my skin.

I have used this product for 2 years and then stopped, I have not notices a difference in my skin, it wasn't more moist when I was on the product and I am a diabetic. I dont feel its worth the high price .

I have many vitamins from Andrew Lessman and this is the first one that I see no improvement from taking it. Their customer service is not helpful either. Basically they recommended that I buy another bottle to see if that was the issue.

I take other AL supplements with no issue. But this onewhew! After 8 months of using learned that ceramides (fats) lead to weight gain and exacerbate IR (insulin resistance), which I have. Much research underway now regarding the effect of ceramides consumption and these side effects. Stopped and not worth the risk. Skin is OK but no huge difference. Weight gain was my clue.

said it would make skin softer and nasal passages better did not do any thing for me first bought 30 count took all those then bought 120 count and doubled up still no results on skin at all of nasal passages to costly for something that doesnt do what andrew said

I took one capsule for the first week and then increased it to two capsules the next two and a half weeks. No noticeable change or improvement to my skin at all. I am quite disappointed since I was excited to try this.

I broke out with cystic acne due to the biotin in this product. Andrew , please stop adding biotin to your products, or make a biotin free option.

are these capsules going to be any good after sitting in warehouses and trucks since the 13th? due the 22nd, its now the 28th, still not here :/

I began taking 1 pill daily to ease into 2 pills per day as suggested dose. I had extreme gastric upset which began 2 days in. I kept taking 1 pill daily, but the symptoms did not subside. I am on several medications for CAD so not sure if it reacted to my other meds. I will be returning this bottle as the gastric upset stopped once I discontinued taking the phytoceramides.

Very expensive and dont see any change.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a very long-standing client of this brand. I noticed the capsules in this product had a sticky slimy touch to them, and the inside of the bottle was stained by product. It appeared the product was actually leaching through the capsule. I contacted Procaps Labs to ask if this had happened before, or if this was a bad batch. I received no cogent answer to this question and instead received a lot of scripted responses. Buyer beware.
