Like many products I have purchased from HSN, this does not live up to its promise. If youre 20 with perfect skinyes it works because you dont need it. For mature skindont waist your money.

I didnt like this at all. It had a weird smell that I just cant get passed and it has a sticky feeling at first then dry.

This product doesn't do anything special for my skin. I tried it with the moisturizer and found it didn't make my skin feel soft or moisturized. Bought 2 sets thinking I needed more time, but after 2wks on the 2nd one I gave up and went back to my ZO products.

This product did absolutely nothing for me!

This product is a total ripoff. It tells you to use it for 21 days. By the time this is up - given the received date - you can no longer return it. Would expect more from HSN. Selling unreliable products is becoming their habit.

They claimed they reformulated this to take out the alcohol, but there is still alcohol in it and the smell is like breathing in a chemical factory.

This is as bad as many described. Horrible chemical odor and very sticky, gummy when applied to face. There is a type of alcohol solvent in this product when they claimed there is none. I had used this once before and was unimpressed then and even more so now. Very likely the last perlier product I ever buy. Theyre just not as good as they claim and all of their products contain a lot of chemicals. I prefer clean beauty skin care. What a waste of precious ingredients like royal jelly.

Skip might say that they removed most of the "bad" alcohol and left in only "good" alcohol so that this product is safe to use in the eye area but you would never know it from the overpowering smell. It knocks you over before you can even apply it. A truly awful experience -- not worth keeping to see if it works.

Well, I must say I feel stupid. I wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I purchased this. HSN, please stop letting your loyal customers down. This product was sold as no alcohol, it smells and feels like alcohol is the number one ingredient. I have used it for a week hoping that I just had to get through a few days and I would start to see an improvement in my skin. I now have red blotches on my face. Now that I have stopped using this amazing serum I hope my skin will heal.

No directions included. I watched the on-air presentation and how to use it is not mentioned only the positive results I should expect to receive. This left globs of pearls on my face and the unpleasant scent is not friendly. No improvement in hydration or any other positive results. I am so tired of vendors misrepresenting their products. Canceled auto ship and I'm sending this back.

Waste of money, noticed nothing different after using entire bottle.

I had to return this product. My face became very red and burned. I stopped using it immediately and sent it back. Would not purchase again.
