Papillio by Birkenstock Mary Leather Wedge

I wanted a pair of shoes that didnt look like sandals but still had that Birkenstock comfort. These work me!

It took a couple days to get used to but they are so comfortable now! Love Birkenstocks and own many pair! If on the fence jump over! They are worth every penny!

These shoes give me height without any heel height pain. They are easy to put on and wear all day. I forget I have them on. I loved them to the point I purchased another color. I find these are worth every cent.

I really love theses shoes! They provide a sturdy base as well as add a bit of lift and style to my everyday jeans. Comfort and class, and built to last - couldnt ask for more

These shoes are so comfortable and cute! At first I purchased the wine color. I loved them. When I saw the black and cognac were available, I bought them, too! I range between 7-8 depending on the shoe. I usually wear 38 in most birkenstock styles. The 38 (7/7.5) fit perfectly in this style. You really can't go wrong with this shoe!

Same great footbed. I did go up one size based on other reviewers comments and the wedge and close toe style. This made fit perfect for barefoot feel comfort for me. Leather not to stiff & will soften with wear. Please bring back ALL available colors. I was able to get the black and burgundy, but want the ginger and sand options. Thanks!

Absolutely love these wedges! Very comfortable right out of box and the wedge makes it easy to dress up or down! I love them so much I purchased the other color! You wont be disappointed

Loved, loved, loved this shoe!! Fit was the same as the sandals and so very comfortable. My only problem is my feet cannot handle that height. If they were an inch shorter, I would have been okay. Sadly, they had to be returned. Waiting for this shoe with a lower wedge, please??!!

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a little heavy. I am spoiled by all the lightweight shoes on the market. However, these shoes will forever be my favorite style and they feel great! I have waited YEARS to be able to afford them, but I will have them for the rest of my life! Very flattering too.

I was excited to receive the product only to discover that their 11-11.5 was an EU 42 which in many styles is only a 10.5. So no luck for me and they will have to be returned. Since they are the largest size, I wont be able to wear these beautiful wedges.

Horrors! I found this box stacked out of the way 2 months after I ordered it. Imagine my chagrin when they were too small and it's too late to return them! I wear a size 8.5/9, so I figured 9/9.5 would work. No such luck. My niece will be getting a much nicer present for Christmas--these shoes-- than she would otherwise. I will reorder, though, since the shoes have great arch support. But they will add up to the most expensive shoes I have bought to date. $320. Bummer!

These shoes arrived on a below zero temperature day. When I opened them up, they were very cold, and had noticeable scratches on the sides, toes and heels. I was very disappointed with this. I rubbed and rubbed and rubbed on the leather, and was able to smooth it out however, there was still some scuffing visible, I called customer service. They were wonderful. They shipped out another pair immediately and I will be returning the current pair. They felt wonderful on my feet, and I am pleased.

My issue is more with HSN than with the shoe. The shoe was cute! But unfortunately, too big & had to be returned. Had HSN listed the European size instead of the US size, I would have ordered differently. I know I'm a 36 in European size shoes, not a 37, which is what I received.

This is a beautiful well constructed shoe. Unfortunately, it runs small. I wear a 42 in sandals but these are just a bit too small. If you normally wear the "regular/wide" sandals these are going to be tight across the top of your foot. I am pretty sad mine didn't fit because I love birkenstocks and the i idea of ones I could wear to work was thrilling.
