I was very unhappy that I had to pay to return this unused product. HSN should make it clear that unlike other items from HSN the customer has to pay to return this item even if unopened. I have been shopping with HSN over 20 years this made me very unhappy. Hopefully there will be no more surprises with this order. Did not use product so rating is not based on product.

I had the bullet for 2 days and used it 3 times total. Then when I got up for school and went to make a breakfast smoothie it started smoking and would not work. This happened about 4 days ago and I have not used it since. I plan on returning it for good. This was a huge disappointment.

I purchased this item and it did not meet my expectations...just threw it out!

I did a large amount of my Christmas shopping on HSN this year. I loved everything but the items I bought for my husband were things he did not want. I returned 2 of the items today with the included return labels. The Nutribullet and Dessert Bullett didn't come with these return labels so I called customer service in order to get them as I knew I needed to return them before the end of Jan. I was told they could not be returned to HSN for the $8.99 they charge but instead had to be returned to the manufacturer. My husband checked with UPS and the US Postal Service and they wanted to charge about $25 for one and $27 for the other. At no time did I know a purchase from HSN could not be returned to them. I wonder how many other other products have fallen into this category.

You have to pay for your own return, HSN does not take responsibility for that but it does not say it anywhere and I am not talking about a very light weight item.Do not have the energy to fight but feel the duty to warn other consumers.

I loved this thing.....for as long as it worked.I bought it 6 months ago and used it gently - maybe twice a week for fruit smoothies and pesto. Nothing crazy. And yesterday, it just stopped working. Plugged it in. Filled the cup. Placed the cup onto the base. And no sound nor movement. Back to my trusty Breville.Boo for Nutribullet

I ordered the NutriBullet with high hopes. But after only a few months, it started getting stuck or not working at all. I don't use it all the time, so it's not like it I was overworking it. I'd make a smoothie from frozen berries a few times a month. I wish I could return it, but I am guessing it's been too long. Now i'm going to have to buy something else to replace. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I cannot really review this item. I received it in August, but do to health issues was unable to do anything with it. I decided to give it a try this week, but found none of the books that were supposed to be with it were in the box. I was told I am out of luck since it is over 30 days. Not happy with the customer service at HSN.

I purchased my NutriBullet in March 2014. It stopped working. I couldn't twist the canister in place to make a smoothie, and now I can't pull the canister out of the machine. It totally locked in place with food inside it. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn't get it to release the canister. I loved the smoothies it made, but it only lasted nine months! This doesn't even deserve one star!!!

When I first got it I loved it and NOW I can't even turn it on. Very expensive for something I can't use. It would have been a lot easier if they made it with an ON and OFF switch. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This product is disappointing and really not what i was expecting.

I was really disappointed. I thought it would be fun and easy. It was NOT FUN NOR EASY. Going to take it back.

First time I used it it leaked all over the place I looked at the bottom of it and the gasket was broken!! This is not worth a dime. Ladies save your money and get something that is better made! Called CS and they said they would send me a return label to send it back to save on S/H. So far I haven't received anything. Won't be buying any appliances from this channel anymore.If I could give it a 0 star I would!

I'm very disappointed in this purchase. I had looked forward to receiving it so I could make great healthy smoothies after 2 uses the motor burned out, I wonder if it was one of the items used on air, what a waste of my time
