I use most all the other products and love the hydrating serum without Retinol. I think at 75 the Retinol is just to drying for my skin Ill continue using serum without the Retinol and am returning this serum. The other I have been using for over a year and its wonderfully hydrating and my skin looks great

I watch the advertisement and it sold me on this. I thought oh boy something to help with my wrinkles. I have been using it faithfully for two weeks and I can not tell any difference in my wrinkles. I am very disappointed. Yes my face is very soft but no I still have my wrinkles one unhappy customer

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR TWO WEEKS TWICE A DAY. I AM IN MY SIXTIES AND FACING DRY SKIN WITH SOME WRINKLES. IT DOES NOT DO THAT MUCH TO IMPROVE MY SKIN. IT MAY WORK BETTER FOR YOUNGER WOMEN BUT I THINK FOR OLDER WOMEN THE IMPROVEMENT DOES NOT WARRANT THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

This serum is very oily and caused me to break out. It does smell nice and absorbs quickly, but I would not order it again.

The product works very well but I cannot stomach the strong perfume smell. I probably will cancel my auto-ship on this product because of it.

The product was advertised as advanced serum! It can as the regular hydro screen serum that I have already! I do like the hydro screen serum that I have but felt that it was false advertisement from HSN about the advanced hydro screen serum! You advertise it one way and send it out another way!

I actually like tye way this product makes my skin feel. Definitely feels hydrated, but how could it not when I just slicked oil all over. Don't know if there are any results, but that is typical for me...have yet to find my holy grail of beauty products. My main beef is the mode of delivery. The application is super inefficient. More product gets on the outside of the bottle, my counter top, and my cleavage than does on my face. Needs a SERIOUS revamp of product distribution.

It came almost empty I used what I had in the bottle. I had a small reaction after Botox. I was told to stop using it.

Not sure how people use this before makeup. It totally changes the texture of my makeup. It makes foundation thicker and very mat. No moisture at all and very dull. I will try to use just at night but this just doesn't work for daytime.

LOVE the product but had a problem with the packaging. The top of the bottle didn't stay one due to the few turns to get it on. I travel and lost half of the product my first trip so I put it into a plastic bottle. The product disappeared in it. I used maybe 1 oz. I was really bummed. I have bought the 2 oz now. I hope it does better.

The serum itself felt very good on my face but I could not get past the dropper bottle. This is too big of a bottle to use a dropper and it is too expensive to waste serum dripping down the bottle so I returned it.

I know the suggestion is to focus on product details, but my issue is with the condition of the shipment. The product was only 3/4 full in the bottle and the dropper was broken inside the box....little pieces of glass all over. I had every intention of keeping the product so didn't open the box in time to send it back. Somebody needs to do a better job of quality control.
