Half of pads were cut off and didn't do anything for me

I received the collagen pads -although the container appeared to be sealed it was leaking. I didnt even open it but it had a funny smell to it. I never used them because I couldnt get passed the smell. I waited to long to return the product not realizing the short return window. A total waste of money.

I used for a while, It did not exfoliate at all. Diverted back to Dr. N which is far superior. I'm 61 and exfoliation is important. Also, the pads are too thin and roll of while using because they're too thin.

These pads were very disappointing. They are so thin they fold over and you cant apply them to your face properly. There was no exfoliating part on it. All they were wet felt like just water. I did return them and canceled my AutoShip.

So looking forward to trying this product and the wipes are NOT moist at all and very thin, hard to use because they are so thin. Left a previous review with 1 star but yet the review posted it 5 stars and no way to edit or delete even after calling HSN. Very disappointed in this whole situation. I DO NOT recommend this product. The brand yes, this product NO.

This product caused a skin reaction on my face & I broke out in red bumps. I also started having an asthma attack from it. I used my puffer several times today and used Benadryl cream to help quiet the reaction to it. It may work for some but its not for me.

the inside cover didn't come off clean. the pads are too small.returning

I can't do witch hazel! Can find it a lot cheaper at the drugstore. The pads are so flimsy that I had to buy my own and just use the liquid. I used it twice a day, and saw absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. When I received the product, half the liquid leaked out into the box. Made very cheaply. Canceled my autoship.

I used witch hazel as a teen, so immediately recognized the smell. I didn't notice any benefit and can buy a bottle of witch hazel at the drug store for much less.

Did nothing for me. Used twice a day as recommended. The rest of them will go back. I love Nakery stuff but not this particular item. Maybe I'm too old for it to make a difference!

Pads are way t thin. Have not seen any difference in my skin. Sending back.
