For the most part I guess it works well in the beginning. After only having it 5 months it went out. I called and was told theres nothing they could do it has no warranty. I suggest paying a little extra to get one that offers a warranty. Im disappointed HSN doesnt stand behind products they sell!

Unfortunately I was not able to use this because it was delivered completely broken. Glass all over the inside of the box. Very disappointed

Bought this in Nov 2018. It leaks and has what looks like corrosion on part of bottom! I only use filtered water.Waste of money!

Base and Kettle Wobble, (AquariusGal FL)01/12/2019
This is a nice looking unit. It is huge, though. Much larger than I thought it would be. My problem is that the entire thing is wobbly and rocking back and forth. The base wobbles on the counter and the kettle does not fit evenly on the base. I'll have to exchange it out for another, due to the defect in workmanship. If you're looking for something that boils water for two cups of tea, this is not the one for you. It is too large.
