Love the blue lights and how fast it boils. Would like it better if the top opened up a little wider so it is easier to add water or to clean.

Cons: Can be hard to clean, difficult to set on the base, the cord of the base is very shortPros: Auto shutoff, blue light indicates it's on, easily operate on/off switch, gets water very hot and keeps it warm for a very long time, holds a large volume ofAll in all a very good quality product. First electric kettle I've used and much easier than keeping a regular kettle around. Highly recommended for tea enthusiasts. Purified water is better to avoid scale buildup and should be close to plug

This teapot is very nice looking and convenient. I bought it for my mother as a Christmas gift and she loves it. Her only concern is washing it.

The first one I ordered UPS delivered to someone else, 2 weeks later HSN reordered me another one it arrived no problems. I like the kettle the water taste very fresh, the blue light is nice, the only problem I see is the base is very flimsy hope it holds up.
