Not sure, (painter805 MT)09/05/2024
In order to stop my leg muscle cramps, I have to take more than recommended on the bottle. I will probably go back to my store brand Magnesium.

Good and Bad, (AnnBam LA)01/09/2024
My cardiologist recommended I take a magnesium supplement to help heart rhythm. So I bought these and take two per day to get 400mg per my doc. While they do seem to help, they also cause "bathroom issues." Mag citrate and oxide tend to do that and are cheap forms of magnesium. If you have problems with constipation, these are probably good for you to try. I will be looking for another form of magnesium, maybe glycinate or taurate that do not have the laxative effect.

Unhappy packaging , (MEC38 MD)04/11/2023
Recd with no cotton packing to keep from separating. About a dozen or so came apart with contents covering everything!

Broken capsules, (Elpat PA)03/23/2022
This is a good product but my last order had far too many broken capsules.

Not sure yet, (kseattle WA)03/11/2022
I just started taking 2 a day. I haven't noticed that they have helped with my leg cramps as yet since it hasn't been that long.

Open capsules, (Anonymous CA)08/11/2021
I use many of Andrews supplements and have had good results. Unfortunately, this last order of Magnesium has several open capsules with loose powder at the bottom of the bottle.

Magnesium intensive did not work, (nimz28 NJ)12/15/2019
I have started taking Andrews supplements since September and I am so happy that I started them and not getting from anywhere else, but for some reason the magnesium supplement did not work for me and it makes me nauseous. I do have a sensitive stomach and thats probably the reason. Would definitely give 5 stars to the ones I already take. Wish I could do the same for magnesium too. Overall, the others are excellent.

Too Soon, (Geri414 CA)09/17/2019
Just received product. Too soon to give positive rating. However, product was received with broken tablets and white powder all over the tablets and bottle. Messy! More attention to packaging product is needed.

What a Mess, (mayo645 NY)02/02/2019
I order several different supplements from Andrew Lessman. This is the first time that several capsules were broken and contents were loose in the bottle. The magnesium powder gets all over my hands when I take out a capsule. I am going to return the rest. I don't like dealing with the mess.

Disappointed, (Poohet FL)02/20/2018
I usually like the vitamins from this company except these ones. The capsules are very messy and when vitamin is placed on hand all the powder goes everywhere in the hands. I saw a broken one in the bottle and maybe that powder spread to the other ones. I like the other capsules that does not open and are soft and easy to swallow. I hope you change the type of capsules on these vitamins.

Easy to swallow and convenient, (JANETMARIE VA)12/08/2016
I find this easy to find. It is difficult to find in the drug stores in capsule form and capsules are easier to swallow. However, lately I have found several capsules have broken open. Maybe it is done in the prep process -- don't know.

Can't tell, (Derwent CT)07/16/2015
I bought this after reading that it is fairly common for people to be deficient in magnesium and understanding that my diet might be lacking and that it might help alleviate nighttime leg and foot cramps. I have taken one only erratically and my cramps have subsided so there is unlikely to be any connection. Tests have not shown any deficiency so i will take one from time to time to use them up.
