Lancôme Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate

Used for over a week and havent seen any changes or improvement on my skin. Ill stick with it a bit longer.

Although this product is satisfactory if you run into a problem after the 30 days of a defective item HSN will not take back and Lancome will not honor the quality/damage guarantee because HSN is not an authorized dealer. I will not be purchasing this again from HSN and probably not from Lancome as someone should have stepped up as the package was perfectly sealed but the lid was never attached to the bottle on the inside and it leaked and changed to a yellow gel and was unusable.

I am not one to spend a lot of money on lotions or serums however , I used it and I will continue because it's worth the money. You will see a change in your skin

Have only been using for about a week n a half n already see brighter, clearer, tighter skin. I used Lancome products for years, after time it wasn't working well for my skin. I took a break for afew years, recently I needed a serum n decided to try it again...n am SO glad I did...works wonders :)The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is price, it is pretty costly, but as I hv learned, u get what u pay for, this is worth it to me. Thanks HSN for flex pay! Xo

I was very happy with my purchase until I received the product, the packaging is not the updated box and the lab code under the box telling you the production date is 9 years old which explains the promotion price. Im disappointed at HSN selling a beauty product so old. I will return this product and pay the full price for a smaller bottle that is fresh at the department store so I can get the full benefits of the product.

This is a good, effective product,but there are others as good but which cost less.

Love this serum. Its better than anything else Ive ever tried. Although I didnt receive the bag that went with this.

But do u not wash it off your face people are not sure it really doesn't tell u how-to on a 100 dollar bottle, wow HSN come on. Can someone please tell me do I keep it on or wash it off am not understanding it?

Luv lancome.. luv their perfume..luv their cils booster. The reason for 4stars was this was given as a gift(that I wrapped, but didn't check outside seal :( ) & i almost cried wen my friend gave it back. Said she was uncomfortable, yikes!!!!! Some customer went to alot of trouble to seam up the plastic.....

I saw my daughter the other day and she told me my face looks so good. She had not seen me weeks.

This Lancome product appears to be okay. At present I don't see any real improvement in my skin quality. But I will continue to use it to see if there is any real effect or change in my skin. It is easy to get out of the container. The way it is configured you get the same amount every time. I will have to wait the seven days and maybe even longer to see if it does make a real difference.
