The smell so too strong for me

after 5 uses the pump quit working. I might like the product if I could get it out of the container. I cleaned the pump hose and still does not work.

There is NO scent to this. Not even a faint scent. I got this at a sale price so maybe they are selling old product?

I ordered the Iris Neroli but it came damaged! They had the entire bottle sealed in plastic so tight the spout was broke and body wash leaked through the entire box! I am disabled and to have to drive back to the post office when i can barely was is not an option!

I like the body cleanser, however, the pump doesnt work properly.

I liked the product and I tried to like the scent Lavender Blossom - but I didn't. Who knew you couldn't exchange it for different scent?? Not me which hurt because I ordered TWO (one as a gift). Lesson learned. I won't do that again.

I love everything about Korres products, so I was disappointed to find the pump was broken. This is the second time this has happened. The bottle is too heavy to return, so I will use the pump from my current bottle. Very disappointed.

I bought this product after I had bought a Smaller size in the same fragrance which were very nice. However in this bigger size what I got is NOT THE SAME. The fragrance is definitely much weaker and not long lasting. Needles to say I couldn't return it because I had to finish the small bottle first hence it's passed the 30 days. As a long time and faithful customer I feel HSN should have treated their customers better. I feel cheated!

Was very disappointed in the Korres body cleaners. It is a very large bottle. But it dosnt foam up like a good body wash should. I threw it in the trash.

I usually purchase the lavender, but it sold out. The host was saying that Guava Mango was the crowd favorite, so I ordered it. I was a little disappointed with the smell. It smells like wax. I was also disappointed they changed the pump. The rep for Korres always talks about the slow release pump. I know, because I've been using this product for years. This pump is shorter. It's harder to get the loofah sponge under the pump. It requires several pumps to get the same consistency.

I love Korres renewing cleaners. I stopped using as a test and noticed within a couple of days how dry my skin felt.However, this doesn't smell anything like kumquat or citrus. It smells floral, somewhat like gardenia.

Waited and when received, the plunger was smashed in the package with pieces of plastic everywhere. Outer package not damaged in any way. Surprised and disappointed. Sent back for replacement, having received it yet.

I love Guava scent (strong) by Korres and even like the lavender scent (mild). Purchased the Mint Tea due to the hosts description of the scent - spa-like. Received the first bottle but the pump had separated causing an awful leak in the box. HSN immediately replaced it. Tried it twice in the shower and used the body cream after, but no scent. Really disappointed. Will be trying to exchange it for a different scent.
