Joy Eco Luxe World Traveler 5pc Light & Chic Luggage Set

Cute, but not the best for travel. Weak, wobbly Wheels makes it difficult to maneuver on different floor/ground surfaces. Contents in the bag settle, making the bag tip over rather than remain in an upright position. However, I like the different packing compartments. I'm not going to send it back, but will use it if I go to the gym or do an overnighter. No more train, plane or bus travel with this set.

It's O.K I know it's a duffle bag, but this is way too flimsy, material reminds me of cheap plastic, it caves in when I am putting things inside. Other then that I do use it and will keep.

Bag kept flipping on its side

I only used this suitcase once on a flight from Syracuse NY to Portland Oregon. One of the handles ripped from the bag. Very cheaply made and Im very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

The set is okay. I purchased the entire set along with the backpack. The suitcase wheels tend to be a bit wobbly. Especially if you're in a hurry. The most upsetting part, was that I washed the bags that go inside the suitcase. COMPLETE NO!! The sides are made with cheap cardboard which crumbled after washing. It was just mush on the inside. I threw away the two smaller ones. NEVER wash those! I personally like my to clean my luggage after a trip. Ms Joy there has to be a better solution.

Bought two sets for Mothers Day. Didnt use until after return period. Good quality, love the blue color. However, not enough structure in the bag. It doesnt stand up, it falls over when rolling . Needs another set of wheels maybe. I even tried packing less in it, but still fell over. Using as duffle only now and its heavy to carry.

I was so excited when I got this set. I stuffed all of my clothes, several pair of shoes my toiletry bag and jewelry. I was disappointed when I got to airport and realized that bag didn't stand up straight and I had to keep forcing the handle down. The bag was being dragged and shows wear after one trip. I think the bag needs different wheels or wheels on both sides or the handle in the back and wheels on both sides. I want to post pictures but I don't see that optionVery disappointed

I used the carryon after the 30 day return policy and noticed the short handle at one of the connections tore away from the material. Unfortunately, I only used it once and quality not worth the money.

This luggage is very difficult to maneuver . It has to be packed just right or it falls over. Also material ripped on my first trip. Sorry I bought it.

I was very excited to receive myJoy Eco Luxe travel set. On my first trip.The bag does not meet the standard carry on size for American Airlines. So they had to check my bag. When I got my bag back, the bottom of the bag was torn. This is the third set of Joy luggage I purchased and the second set that doesnt meet the standard carry on size. Very disappointing.

So, the color is pretty. The pack ale storage cubs are very good and sturdy. However the bag it self is not very user friendly. Within the first day of travel the attachable handles got dirty and teared because they were dragging on the ground and I didnt noticed. As they do. They tighten up to stop it from hanging over. So I had to completely take them off. The bag does not roll well. It turns sometimes while your rolling it. When the bag is place up on the side it gets dirty.

Luggage well made but heavy.Falls over with only two wherls

I bought the set and made the mistake of not using for 6 wks. ( past the return date). When used I learned the roller piece will not stand up and is very difficult to maneuver. The material is great and organization is great but cant use because of being unmanageable for me as an older adult.

EXTREMELY disappointed. The packing cubes are cheaply made. I have Samantha Brown packing cubes which are way better quality. The bag is pretty and fits a lot BUT does not stand on its own. I had to lean it on the bathroom door/wall so that it wouldnt fall. Rather disgusting that the material is touching the bathroom floors. It barely fit in the overhead compartment on the plane. Very uncomfortable to maneuver in the airport. Probably good to travel with in the car. Very overpriced.
