I don't know how this product worked I received an empty envelope with no side seal on it when I contacted HSN they sent out another package . shortly after I received an email saying if I did not return it because their investigation showed it was delivered which I told them I received an empty envelope with no side seal so I would be charged another $80 if I did not return it so I paid $80 for nothing due to faulty Packaging which there people that pull orders was at fault for!
