Heidi Daus Interchangeable Velvet Strap Watch

I love Heidi! I have purchased quite a few of her items. This was the first time I was not 100% satisfied. This item seemed to have been already used. My opinion is it may have been a return. The packaging was not as before. The straps were not secured in the package, just laying there in the box- not typical Heidi Daus quality packaging. The crystal on the watch has a tiny chip in it. Once again, not typical. Daus attention to detail. I should return it for a replacement as I do love the look, but not a lot of time to do so. Will keep it, as it does function and I do like the look. I guess I can live with the chip. Must look closely to see it. May not be obvious to the casual observer.

Like another reviewer commented, when you have the watch on, the point digs into your arm when it is bent at an angle. Not a wise design. I also did not think the bands caused the jewels to pop or stand out. It was an okay piece. Certainly not anything to be thrilled about, IMO. This was my first Heidi Daus piece ... most likely my last.
