They are sharp and cut through meat without any problems.

These knives are not only a nice color, but they are sharp and well balanced. There are no rivets, so I don't have to worry about the dishwasher rusting any part of the knives.

How they hold up over time, time will tell. For now, I'm very impressed. I feed my senior dog grass fed, grass finished green tripe (he loves it & it has helped him a lot). I get FROZEN 5 lbs rolls shipped to me. I forgot to put one in the refrigerator to defrost. When I needed it, it was still frozen. I used one of the steak knives & was awed that it sawed right through the thick roll with little effort on my part (I'm a senior & have arthritis in my hands).

These knives are extremely large. Nobody in the family liked using them. I had to go and dig out my old ones. Only good this about these was the price. Will be donating.

These are not knives they are mini sawblades with knife handles. They belong in the garage or in the garden not the kitchen. They tear up everything they touch. No clean cuts just shreds.
