I was told at purchase that the warranty would come to me as a paper copy. However, this is not so as I have to call the insurer for a paper copy.

I tried three times this morning on two different Keurig machines to make a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. It went on for a second on both and then stopped and went off. It will be returned.
