I cancelled this order. Why is it showing up as shipped?

I have been ordering this product for years. I love it. My favorite. Not only has the price increase a lot but quality of the product as decreased. The product now separates with lots of oil sitting on top of the jar when you open it. Also it does not absorb into my skin. My skin is left looking and feeling greasy. Was there a product change. It was fantastic the way it was!!!

Received it and it was all melted. Will be sending it back.

I've been using this product for over 10 years and love it. Its truly changed my face and softened wrinkles and texture. BUT..last 3 shipments have been a greasy oily mess....I contacted the company and they are looking into it. Signature A..please fix this ASAP!!

Same for me. I have used this product for years. Sent first jar back thinking it was expired or just bad but replacement they sent was the same. Looked like cottage cheese or separated milk.

Have been using this for years and have loved it. But ... last time I ordered it, the consistancy was different. It was as if the product separated. There was cream and oil in the jar. I used it anyway but it did not absorb into my skin as in the past. I thought perhaps the product shelf life had expired maybe. Anyway, I just recieved the most recent order and it was the same as last time, a jar of cream and separated oil ! Will be returning it.

I have been using this daydream for years. Literally. Got my new jar and before even opening oil all over. Opened jar and it didn't look mixed at all. Did they change this fabulous product. Returned in double baggy! Didn't reorder.

Product seemed old and not in a cream form. When I opened it, it was very yellow and did not look like the moisturizer in the picture.

I have been using this cream for years! it is an amazing cream.I went to use it today and it lookes like natural peanut butter. all this ugly oil on top. it is defective.Called HSN CU said it is over 60 days since i bought it. so no replacement!ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!i buy this in kits i buy it alone. Come on HSN WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I have been using this product for years....and it is my favorite- I mix it with a little foundation for color. ordered this updated looking one- it smells really bad like something burnt. There is just something wrong with it and now there is no way to get the old one? I will not order a giant tub of this? What happened Adrienne?????I am very concerned and would like an explanation????Not good.

This product has a terrible smell.

Pricing on this product is so way off base - one ounce - so small and the packaging was the flimsiest of plastic jars that cracked upon opening.Could not use once it was all over my vanity and when I dabbed it on I saw it was surely a waste of my money..Sorry Adrian Arpel - not a winner.

I always get this daily cream and I love it but now I just order 2 and they change the container and the cream is so hard that you cant not put it in your face... never again I will buy this cream and is sad because I did use it for many years !!!!

I bought this product because it has hyaluronic acid in it. I use another product that has a combination similar to this, something I bought at the Skin Store so I figured this product would make me look like I had a face lift, because the other product I have with hyaluronic acid and retinol and plant stem cells does just that. So I tried it. It didn't have the same affect, no change to my face at all, and it is a cream - which I don't usually like to use creams because during the day the chemicals always move up into the eyes and then my eyes water, so I try to stick with serums. I thought I would give it a try when I saw the hyaluronic acid in it. I ended up sending it back.
