Curtis Stone Salmon Wellington with Spinach & Lemon Sauce

I was able to cook the ones that were intact and taste great. But I did have to toss a few because I didn't open the box immediately and saw they were split open in shipping.

NEED TO FIX PLASTIC SLEEVE ISSUES. We were so excited about getting the wellingtons! Love all Curtis Stone products and food! This cooler looked in great condition and was nicely sealed tight, BUT once we slit open the interior box and pulled out the plastic sleeves of wellingtons, we saw the plastic sleeve corners were all cracked letting air in. All of them. I'm guessing due to rough packing or movement during shipping. The wellingtons look like they would've been delish! We're sad.
