7-piece Triple Burner Set with Stainless Steel Accents

This product is beautiful, however, when I received it one of the burners did not work. I need to exchange. Hopefully, the next one will be perfect. I bought it to use for our brunches, parties, etc.

I ordered this item in the stainless steel selection, took advantage of the flex pay and free shipping, received it today and presented it to my boyfriend as a gift. It is visually gorgeous, BUT, there was a major problem with the tension in each of the knobs...one was too loose, one was too tight...I was so upset I immediately called customer service tonight to express my dismay with this item. With all the rave reviews it has received I am feeling quite deflated about this product. Now, after taking time to tediously pack it up to return to HSN, I am now having to rethink another gift to replace this as the stainless is sold out and the free shipping is no long available....HSN...I would really like to know what happened to the lack of quality control here????
