The size was perfect but the bagel was dry and did not taste fresh. I previously used just bagels and will probably go back.

Cinnamon Raisin -- had a hard time finding raisins and the cinnamon flavor was very very faint. The bagels were dry.

Was so disappointed when I opened the box and the entire bag of the plain bagels had mold. The others were okay but needed to be frozen immediately to preserve them. I will not be ordering from this company again

This brand wasnt as good as the NY bagels Ive purchased on QVC.. size is abit small, taste is good, but the exterior crunch isnt too crunchy and the interior seems to be skimpy on content.

I usually buy the bagels on QVC from Just Bagels . They are far better then these. I was very disappointed in these and gave most away. Try Just Bagels from New York.

Received on Fri. something came up, so I was not able to put in the freezer, when Sun. came around I went to get one, and then place in the freezer, they had all turned moldy. So I ate one, and had to trash all the rest. Guess you better put in the freezer the same day you receive them.

In comparison to other bagel brands I've purchased, these were much smaller in size and lacks moisture (dried out), as if they were overbaked. Not as I was expecting. Sales pitch was exaggerated, I think. HSN should improve App/website to allow customers to show pictures as proof of our review.
