Overall, the size was good. I used at once. It cleaned pretty well. Didn't get all the stains out, but then when I went to clean it, it was very hard to clean. That is the reason why I returned it. You have to take the whole machine apart to clean everything.

The roller track is narrow, fresh water/detergent tank small, the recovery tank appears large but requires frequent emptying. Tight and short carpet weave recovers fluid - okay, not great. Bissell trial bottle is not large enough to clean any significant size carpet to evaluate. Several spots on a light carpet actually became darker than be removed. Disappointed - should of rented a store carpet cleaner or have tried Hoover.

I have only used this machine 5 times in a small area over the last three years I have had it. It no longer extracts the water from the carpet. Disappointed

Seems to be another product that is over-hyped on air, but does not deliver in real life.The footprint it cleans is small so if you have a large room it is going to take quite some time.It seemed to work well on our stairs although it was difficult to use compared to a rental unit that offers a hand held wand. It did pick up cat hairs and dirt that the Dyson missed which was surprising.On all lower nap carpets it failed. The vac wouldn't pick up any of the solution it had dispersed.

I was excited when this arrived. It was easy to assemble and the footprint is small. However, I was waiting to use it to finish cleaning a spill that happened the day after I ordered this. I had already done the heavy scrubbing by hand. This machine didn't make much of a difference and the odor is still there. Also, I was disappointed that when you empty the Dirty Water container, water will actually leak out of other holes, not just the pour port. Hard to clean the dirt out cuz it gets trapped

I ordered while onair. I bought for ease of use & for cleaning my carpet. The height is good for shorter people. I am 5ft 11 & it was too low for me. It leaves the carpet wet. Its hard to clean. Dirt gets stuck in the front suction area & i have to stop scoop the dirt out & continue. If your dont it comes back out on the carpet. Glides easily but it doesn't work well. Guess you get what you pay for. Disappointed but my mom threw out the box so i will keep it until it breaks.

I bought this product because of all the great reviews mainly. I have pets and I wanted something that was easy to clean my carpets and something that would get the job done. I purchased this, because it was the cheaper one out of all the ones hsn sells. First an foremost the whole thing is made of plastic except the handle. So its cheaply made. I also didnt like the fact that the water container was so small. This machine also left lines of dirt in my carpet. I sent it back.
