Birkenstock Yao Adjustable Slide Sandal

I had to return these. They were too small. I ordered my regular size in a medium with but these were very narrow.

I love Birkenstocks, so when I saw these on sale I grabbed 2 pair. Imagine my surprise when I got them and put them on, they weren't quite the Birkies I'm use to. They felt more flatter and didn't have the support I am use to in the arch and footbed. I was really disappointed and had to send both pairs back. Maybe it was the Yao style? I don't know but they weren't something I could put on my feet and be comfortable walking in

Not impressed with quality, fit, or style so returned.

The adjustable closure isn't long enough to fit my foot. Also, my old Birkenstock's were not so hard on the sole. What did they do?

these shoes don't fit your feet well. my toes are all jam up, there is no space. Feet fill Awkard. like they are too small. I wear a size 8 1/2. I just give up on sandal this year. they want your money but will not give you a quality shoe.

I bought the Yao sandals as a Today's Special. When I received them, the footbed was too narrow for my foot. I looked at the box and saw that this model comes in both narrow and regular widths (two widths for the perfect fit) and it was clearly marked "narrow". When I ordered them, the choice was size only. So why would HSN not sell the regular width instead of the narrow one, or inform shoppers that this model is only available by HSN in the narrow width? I am disappointed but need to return!

I Sent them back to exchange for a smaller size. I still have not received my new ones. I have not heard from hsn either. I would think hsn would at least let me know what is going on. Not very happy right now.

These are going back. Not advertised during the televised Todays Special that the shoes are a narrow width. Lesson learned to not order Birkenstock sandals from HSN. Highly disappointed, this information is highly needed to make an informed decision before ordering.

They are cute but unfortunately uncomfortable on my right foot. Perhaps I ordered the wrong size

Love Birkenstocks and have been wearing them for years. These are NARROW. When I spoke with HSN, they said HSN does not even SELL narrow. I told her they are too narrow and on the outside of the shoebox, it says Size 7 Narrow. She put in that I did not need to pay the return shipping. Thank you HSN. I love these, but I just cannot wear them.

The straps on these are too short they barely close over my feet & look very cheap for the price back they go .

I have bought a few pairs of Birkenstock from HSN and each time I have had to send them back. These make a clicking noise when I walk which I find annoying. I bought a 39 they fit fine they are not comfortable and the clicking noise makes it worse.I think this is my last pair from HSN. Returning.

While I am a huge Birky fan, I could not fall in love with these. On air they said because of the foot bed it's not like a flip flop. Well it was and the material of the straps looked cheap. Sent them back but will still order a Birky if I think it's cute.

I know you need to wear these for a few days until your feet meld into the footbed So that it could form the shape of your foot. My feet hurt too much I couldnt keep wearing them. My feet never had the opportunity to meld into the foot bed properly. So unfortunately, I had to return them.
