Birkenstock Mayari Toe-Loop Comfort Sandal - Basic

Returned not once but twice ordered white like it says on the website I get pearl white twice not white not even close really and my mail carrier will no longer accept your return label I need to take time to text and say I need you to mail me a ups label as its a pain and they cant just email you the label you need to get an app thats not no hassle return not happy with hsn

I received the Birkenstock sandals and was very disappointed in them. The leather looked more like felt not leather at all. They went back in the box and I returned them.

I own about 14 pairs of Birkenstocks. However, the quality of these REALLY went downhill. After only a few wears, the cork in the heal broke down. When I went to a shoe repair shop, they said it was due to defective cork and suggested I contact HSN. HSN told me to contact Birkenstock. I sent pictures of my sandals, but since I had purchased them over a year ago, the company would do nothing for me. No, they hadn't gotten wet. Just sitting in my closet. Total waste of money! No more Birks for me!

They said to size down. I take an 8 1/2-9. I ordered the 8-8 1/2 and there was about an inch or more space between the back of my heel to the back of the Birkenstock! I was shocked. I will be sending back for a refund, Shipping was delayed and I am not willing to wait to receive an exchange by the end of the Summer! FYI, If you are a half size go down 2 sizes. Otherwise, you will be disappointed & sending them back too.

Very uncomfortable at the toe post and not true to size.

Highly disappointed. Glue very visible and sandal looks cheaply made. Looks more like a knockoff than a name brand. Unfortunately I won't get all my money back for such poor quality. One star because I can't post my dissatisfaction otherwise.

I returned the Birkenstock mayari toe loop sandals. The sandals felt like I was walking on a board and very uncomfortable. There was no cushion for my feet especially my heels. Leather was mentioned in the description but I did not see leather on the straps. Will not buy this brand ever.

Hurt my toes the second I put them on. I took a few steps and I couldn't even try to break them in.

I ordered these sandals four times in a size 11, I kept getting a size 10 , I just gave up.

These feel like $30 sandals if that. They say this is the original Birk footbed and I have to disagree. These do not feel like a well made shoe and certainly not worth the $80 price. Top strap not long enough. Something interesting though, Inside lid of box has a measuring guide for your foot. I measured at regular width 260mm which says that on the footbed along with size 40 and that is what I ordered.. I got the aqua colored one. Love the color.

Time to try Birkenstock. I know it takes time to break in however the toe loop was rubbing so much no matter what adjustment I made so day three I gave up to blisters. Loved the look of this style, purchased the white with rose gold buckles. Really cant say the sandal runs narrow just the loop.

Sent back did not fit , size chart off

I ordered the correct size. The WRONG size was sent.I EXCHANGED for the CORRECT size; the WRONG size was sent AGAIN!Very disappointed! Customer Service says I can order again as my size is in stock...Nope. What's the guarantee I WILL receive my correct size? The worse part, I had used a $20 coupon and if I order again, I will be charged FULL price. I am thinking HSN does like that I had used a coupon? Poor attention to detail, the picker of product should have checked the size.

Are you sending us seconds from Birkenstock? I have multiple pairs of Birkies. The pair I received from HSN were for a narrow foot, but the insole showed regular. The strapping was stiff and surely would have caused blisters, and the "suede" footbed was as hard as a rock. Not sure who should be embarrassed by this, but these were horrible sandals... unworthy of the Birkenstock name.I couldn't return them fast enough.

Returning these Birkenstock because they ran very small.
