Birkenstock Arizona Big Buckle Leather Sandal

The sandals arrived damaged - not only was the box smashed but the buckle was broken. Called customer service and 3x to get refunds!

They were shipped without a shoe box, had scuffs on the bottom as though they had been worn, and were super narrow. Not as described. Will be returning.

Ordered cognac in oiled leather instead received one sandal in oiled cognac and the other looks suede like in lighter brown. Quality control BIG Failure, full price for mismatched sandals. Buy if you want to gamble if you get what you ordered.

HSN: Please take action and advertise correctly.Birkenstocks come in 2 widths: Narrow/Medium or Regular/Wide.I ordered a pair for my mother and a width's option was not available, but they shipped the Narrow/Medium width.I will have to return and buy directly from Birkenstocks. Your buyers need to look at the packaging. The width is clearly displayed on the box. Thank you.

I felt like I was walking in Frankenstein shoes. I am not a fan of Birkenstock. Sent back next day. Please hurry and send my money back.

This was returned why am i continued to be billed?

comical Im told to focus on the item, not the service. the shoes were ok. I barely remember, seeing as I had them about an hr before returning due to not fitting. *the service is horrible. #1 you cannot send an email to inquire about anything. #2 tried to call before I work, guess what, they dont come in until 8am. #3 chat is worthless. Item tracking shows it was received on 7/20 at dock, its now 7/28 and phone menu says my return has not been received. no refund yet. use pmts, never full amt.

These are super cute however the sock liner is like plastic instead of the usual leather. Horrible. Not worth the price. The description says leather. Sent back immediately. Disappointed.
