Berberine Phospholipid Complex

Have used the original Berberine for years which has helped lower and maintain a good level for my A1C. Since the addition of the new ingredient I have had problems with skin breakouts. So wish the original one was still offered.

This product is extremely effective at lowering blood sugar. I love that its natural and doesnt come with the side effects as those with Metformin.That being said, be sure you check with your doctor because using this product can cause hypoglycemia as it did with me. I wear a continuous glucose monitor and several times I dipped below 60 during the evening while taking this product. Again, check with your doctor and I wouldnt suggest taking Berberine unless you are being monitored!

This is a powerfull little supplement! It works almost immediately! I feel fortunate to have found it. I gave it 4 stars because I usually have to drink a lot of water to make sure it goes down and not irritate my throat.

I have been taking this. For about a year and initially my A1c went up. The last value was back where I started and I am hoping it will now improve.

Here is the concoction that finally worked for my husbands diabetes . Beriberine, Apple Cider pills from Costco, and Cinnamon from Costco because it has more than Andrews cinnamon. He take these three pills every meal. We eliminated Invokana. This works well but my husband complained too many pills. He is glad to get off of invokana with doctors approval.We are still on metformin. I am looking into chromium picolinate and see if this will beat metformin.

This product is effective. Would definitely order again.

My glucose level was high for past 2 lab tests. This year after being on Berberine for abt 6 weeks prior to blood work results were mid level. I was amazed and ordered more. Drawback it's a large pill.

Like product need to use longer to see the difference. Only reason for Four Stars. Arrived quickly like using flexpay. Will update after using awhile.

Read about this supplement in my research for metabolic disorders. I have not been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, however my fasting blood glucose is steadily rising with each annual wellness physicals. The bright yellow color indicates freshness. Ive ordered off of Amazon and received inferior quality compared to Andrews. The reason for 4 stars is the dosage. Really should be 500mg per capsules. Please consider increasing the dosage. However, I will continue to purchase. Thank you

I feel like I need more time before I can honestly give a review, for that reason I gave only 4 stars not 5 stars.Lizzy

I am obviously using Berberine for health reasons and won't know if it is working for another 4 months. However, it is very expensive and I do with HSN would reprice this item.

I have not heard back from my friend as to whether she sees good results by using Berberine.

I am trying this as i have Diabetes II and needhelp to control my numbers - hope this works??
