Berberine Phospholipid Complex

I ordered this product to help with digestion. I take it once per day in addition to my digestive enzymes. It helps me a lot.

I was able to lower my glucose from 100 to 92 by taking Andrew Lessman Berberine every day. I take one during the day and two at night with Bergomot. I am so happy. My supplement routine my not be for everyone. It works. I am working on lowing by A1C by a point. Highly recommend.

My husband was about to start on prediabetic medications, but he didn't want to knowing the side effects they can cause. I have used Andrew's products and we found his Berberine, plus the Cinnamon, and now his sugars levels are normal! His Dr gave him "high 5's" he was so proud of the turn around in his HgA1C! From 7.4 to 5.8 and dropping! Thank you isn't enough to show our appreciation!

My endocrinologist wanted me on metforim for an elevated A1c and I didnt want to take . Ive been taking the berberine. Is for almost 2 and half months and now Im in the normal range. My glucose went from being 96 for the last 2 years to 76. Im very impressed as is my attorney husband who I have to prove things too. I just sent my two doctors at university of Chicago my blood results . I also have hemochromatosis and would like your opinion on what to take but how do I contact someone ?

I was a little confused when my information sheet said sampler. The bottle tell you to take 2 capsules with a meal. So with 30 capsules only, you guessed, you get 1/2 month. You can however reduce your intake to 1 capsule with a meal and stretch this to a month. I will try and start off with 2 to see if benefits are there. Not yet sure if I would recommend, but will say yes at this time.

Another staple in maintaining good health. Not only great for blood sugar but also helps with hormone balance.

Im 59 & have been taking other Berberine brands for over 8 mos. Ive lost over 35 lbs in belly area but they were hard on digestive track. Tried AL Phospholipid (after much research) and this is more efficacious. I should have stocked up! Please restock.

Does what it says. I needed something to reduce craving for sweets after meals.

I've been taking this supplement for a week. I noticed my blood pressure & heart rate was much lower. IN JUST A WEEK!! Unfortunately, I was still taking my BP meds and my BP dropped too low. I started to have frightening palpitations. My Dr. told me to stop until we are for sure this is the reason why. I plan to resume ASAP after my workup. I hope to get my A1C down as well.

Im so happy this was improved and made better. Only two per day instead of three to six and even better. I dont want to be without this. I believe it helps my glucose levels.
