Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Detailer

I have purchased many products by benefit and have been pleased with their products. This particular pencil did not work for me. Every time I try to apply it, the pencil would break. I tried to use it very lightly, but soon as it touched the skin it broke. It seems to be dry out, or old.

I never received the pencils

The point is so thin it breaks off before you can use itI threw it in the trash. It doesnt even deserve one star
