Rancid smell/yellow product, (Mrslam PA)05/06/2024
This bag of laundry soap has a rancid, sour smell & has clumps of Yellow powder, not a nice fluffy White. Our clothes smell horrible & I have had to clean our washer & dryer a few times since using. My husband even commented on the Yellow, that he picks around when he puts the soap in the laundry. Hopefully HSN has an answer & will credit. Maybe just an " off bag"?

This package arrived and all the powder was in large clumps. I had to break it up with a hammer just to use it. Disappointed!

The smell is more like a baby diaper; not a cotton fresh smell. It's ok but not what I expected. Will not order this scent again. Otherwise, it works nicely.
