Got this on auto ship to eat and rest to store for emergencies. So had to try it. It's not too bad. Easy to mix and used as a scrabble eggs. I used more water on second batch. They cook up nice and fluffy. The taste is different but can tell it's eggs. But I wouldn't eat by itself. To make it delish I put on shredded cheese and salsa. It's good that way. I have used to make Keto chaffels too! Turned out good. I bet they are great to bake with!! Like for muffins, Etc.
